We asked the waitress if she could get us a cocktail (nicely, I've been in the business and know you get no where if you're snotty), she huffed that ours would be with us as soon as she gets the chance. not sure if this is standard, and the cocktail waitresses at the pool were painfully slow and rude.
The only problem I found was the pool opened at 11. The room was large and comfortable, and kept very clean. Most of the staff was very friendly, especially the front desk. When we got to the hotel I was plesantly suprised at how nice the lobby was. I went here with a group of girls and didn't realize the hotel was off the strip, which threw a huge kink in my trip.
